You agree not to post ads regarding adult services, products, or items containing adult content in any shape or form. You agree not to place ads/ and or send messages through MintoClassifieds.com which contain slanderous or derogatory comments or content. You agree not to place classified ads for services which could be considered as competing with MinotClassifieds.com. You agree not to post the same ad multiple times in the same or different category, including with the same or different title. You may only place a single ad for your product, service, and or item in the one most suitable category only. You agree that you will not post any text, links, graphics, content or any other information that does not relate to your posting. You agree that you will not post ads for items that do not belong solely to you. You agree your ad will not violation any rights based on copyright or trademark. By placing an ad on MinotClassifieds.com you agree that you have read this Terms Of Service (TOS) and Privacy Policies. Any violation of the Terms Of Service (TOS) and Privacy Policies your account and all ads you posted will be removed. As a condition of your use of the MinotClassifieds.com Web Site you warrant to MinotClassifieds.com that you will not use the MinotClassifieds.com Web Site for any unlawful purpose. 3. MEMBER ALGIBILITY: Our services are only available to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Our services are only available to minors under the supervision of the minor's parent/legal guardian. By using this site you warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Your account and User ID may not be transferred or sold to another party. You agree that, you will not share, discriminate, harass, or abuse personal information that a user may post on MinotClassifieds.com this includes but is not limited to username, phone number, and or address. You warrant that the information you provide to us is complete, valid and honest. PAYMENTS: Payments for purchases will be made by the Consumer directly to the Seller. MinotClassifieds.com is not involved in the payment transaction between Consumer and Seller. MinotClassifieds.com is not responsible for setting payment terms, collecting or ensuring payments. The parties need to reach an agreement on the pricing and the payment terms prior to the finalization of the transaction. MinotClassifieds.com is not involved in the actual transaction between the parties. As a result, MinotClassifieds.com has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the goods, services or transaction. MinotClassifieds.com has no control over payments made by the Consumer to the Seller. We cannot ensure that a transaction will actually be completed. MinotClassifieds.com cannot and does not confirm each user's purported identity. Any agreements are solely between the Consumer and the Seller. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you release MinotClassifieds.com (and our employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. If you are unsure about your purchase or sale, you are advised to seek the advice of competent legal counsel before you sign a contract or otherwise finalize the transaction. 5. MinotClassifieds.com reserves the right to terminate User's account if it becomes aware and determines, in its sole discretion, that User is violating any of the foregoing guidelines. 6. ACCOUNT’S AND PASSWORDS: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account name and password. You are solely responsible for all uses of your account, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify MinotClassifieds.com of any unauthorized use of your account. 7. LINKS: The links on the MinotClassifieds.com Web Site may let you leave the MinotClassifieds.com Web Site. You acknowledge that the linked sites are not under the control of MinotClassifieds.com and MinotClassifieds.com is not responsible for the contents or operation of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site, or any changes or any updates of such sites. MinotClassifieds.com is not responsible for web casting or any other form of transmission received from any linked site. MinotClassifieds.com is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by MinotClassifieds.com of the linked site or any association with their operators. 8. PROMOTINAL MESSAGES: MinotClassifieds.com may, from time to time, send e-mail messages to Users regarding Users account. MinotClassifieds.com will not, however, provide your e-mail address to third parties, nor send you promotional messages regarding third party services not directly related to MinotClassifieds.com. You agree MinotClassifieds.com has the right to email you for any changes to the site, content, and or any information regarding MinotClassifieds.com 9. Free Sponsor: Minot Classifieds free sponsor program is only available to Minot, ND local businesses/ or organization. Minot Classifieds has the right to refuse, change, or cancel this service at any time with or with out notification. If Minot Classifieds posts a banner for your businesses/ or organization you agree to place printed sheets about MinotClassifieds.com in a viewable public place and or hand out Minot Classifieds business cards. You agree when you run out of business cards or your printed sheet about MinotClassifieds.com gets damaged you will notify Minot Classifieds to get replacements. Failure to follow these terms will result in immediate termination of the banner. Minot Classifieds has the right to change and or move your banner to a different category with or with out notification. Minot Classifieds does not guarantee impression amount. Minot Classifieds has the right to track impressions and clicks but is not required to share this information with the business/ or organization. Minot Classifieds has the right to rotate multiple banners in a single category. Minot Classifieds also has the right to modify the amount of impressions your banner may receive. |
